As we spring into the new season, we’re up against a lot… whether its seasonal allergies or finding that
our wardrobe from last season are just a bit too snug from the “winter hibernation.” This Salad Dressing
is something we can incorporate into our lifestyle to prepare our bodies to be lean, functional, and fit
into the warmer months, here’s a salad dressing recipe that will taste as good as you’ll feel after having

Step 1 Start with:
1/3 Cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2  Lemons (squeezed juice)
6 oz Chopped Ginger with skin removed (a few small cubes)
6 oz Chopped Turmeric Root, *use fresh turmeric for best results
1/4 cup water
3-4 Cloves raw Organic Garlic
1-2 Tbsp Raw Wildflower Honey and/or Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Organic Sweet White Miso Paste
1/4 cup Organic Cilantro
3-4 small stalks of Organic Tarragon
Blend all together in a standard blender

Step 2
Add 3/4 cup Organic Toasted sesame oil (pour in slowly at the end while blending)

Step 3 Now You’re ready to enjoy!  
Goes great over:
Kale + Avocado
Watercress + Beets
Swiss Chard + Goat Cheese

Step 4:
Once done, store remaining in a sealed glass mason Jar, keeps for up to 10 days in the Refrigerator.
